A commission is simply an arrangement to create a painting specifically for a customer. 

Different scenarios call for a commissioned painting. 

Most people are emotionally tied to a physical location. Whether it be a building or piece of property, a childhood landscape, or a scene tied to a particular memory, many like to have a painting created to mirror said memory. As an artist, I enjoy working from photos to commission a unique painting through my own creative approach.

Other times commissions are required to create a painting for particular space. Perhaps you are looking for a painting to fit a specific wall perfectly, or you are looking for a painting with a particular mood or color palette.

Whatever the case may be, commissions are welcomed any time.

To begin the process, email me through the contact form below. Once we agree on size, colors, and overall feel of the painting, I will secure a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total invoice.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for the painting to be completed. Once the painting is nearly finished, I will email photos and a video clip of the painting for final approval. Once final approval is accepted, the remaining balance for the painting and shipping cost is due.

The majority of my work is priced per size. In addition to the painting cost, there is a $200 commission fee, as well as a standard $125 shipping fee for most sizes. Floater frames are an option as well and range between $200 - $500 depending on size.
